FREE YOGA NIDRA
I’m so excited to share this practice with you! It’s something I created and used during my pregnancy and postpartum, and I hope it brings you the same comfort and peace it gave me.
Find a cozy spot on the floor with a yoga mat or just snuggle up in your bed. Lying down is the most comfortable way to practice Yoga Nidra. Feel free to use blankets and cushions, and cover your eyes for a peaceful, restful experience. Enjoy!
