Traditional Postpartum Care lasts anywhere from 40 days to 6 months after birth.
My work is unique for every woman, as I tailor it to your specific needs according to your birth and ideal recovery.
My support as a traditional postpartum practitioner is based on ancestral knowledge from Mexican Traditional Medicine and the Physiological needs of the Mother after birth. Proper care of the Mother during the postpartum period empowers the entire family to come out of this stage nourished, strong and whole. My support tends to the physical, emotional and energetic aspects for optimal healing.
MY SUPPORT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES DEPENDING ON WHATS NEEDED AT THE TIME:
Postpartum Education: Before birth for the Mother, Father, Family and everyone within your support system. One meeting ( 2hrs ) to create your Postpartum Plan, based on your individual wishes and needs.
Body- Mind Care & Treatments
•Postpartum Sobada (massage for lymphatic drainage)
•Vendada ( Belly binding)
•Birth processing and integration, release of any emotional and physical tension
•Scar care education in case of caesarean section
• Newborn Care rooted in physiologic design

Closing the Golden Window:
• Closing of the Bones Ceremony with Rebozo
• Somatic Movement exercises after the first 40 days to support full body and pelvic health.
The GOLDEN Package
Includes (13 ) Sessions. We will meet twice a week for 40 days, or spread the (13) sessions once a week. Each visit lasts two hours and on our final visit, you will receive a Closing Bones Ceremony.
The NURTURE Package
Includes (7 ) Sessions. We will meet once a week for 40 days. Each visit lasts two hours and on our final visit, you will receive a Closing Bones Ceremony.
I offer a free 30 minute meeting in person to get to know each other and discuss what you are looking for and how can I best support you. We then create your customized postpartum plan based off your family's needs and desires during this period.
I only work with 1 -2 families per month to ensure each client receives the attention they deserve.
